The Gameplan
The Gameplan
Every user-generated platform looks empty on Day 1. The usual fix is to fake it — stock photos, inflated counts, “thousands of members” before there are thousands.
That can’t work for a verified-only site. If the whole point is the credibility of who’s on it, faking who’s on it defeats it. So instead of hiding the early state, the Gameplan makes it legible: where we are, what’s live, what’s still locked, and what unlocks as verified former D1 players show up.
Nothing here fakes data or manufactures momentum. Each milestone below unlocks a real piece of the site, tied to a real number of verified players. It isn’t marketing — it’s the actual plan.

How to be part of it
Two ways to be here.
Played D1 football? The next move is verification — $12 (non-refundable), one Stripe Identity check (document + selfie, about two minutes), and a manual review I do personally within 72 hours. After that, your Alumni Review — and your voice — is on the platform.
Didn’t play D1, here to read? Glad you’re here — the site is public. If you know a former player who’d want a voice, tell them about CFA. That’s how this grows.
Every one of us put in years nobody watched — early lifts, empty stands, work that only counted later. Building this is the same: no crowd yet, no reason for one, just the belief that the men who played the game should have a say in where it goes. The Gameplan is how we go from zero to enough.
You already know how to do this part. Do it with me.
