Terms of Service

By accessing or using CFA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. They apply to everyone who uses the site — visitors who read, registered users, and verified former players who contribute. If you don’t agree with these terms, don’t use the site.

You must provide accurate information when you register. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Contributing requires verification as a former D1 football player. Verification carries a one-time $12 fee, which is non-refundable — including if your application is rejected.

The fee covers the cost of the Stripe Identity check that runs on every applicant: Stripe charges that per-applicant cost whether you are approved or rejected, so the fee is not returned in either case. It also sets a low-but-genuine bar that helps keep the verified pool real and deters fraudulent attempts.

Identity verification is handled by Stripe Identity. CFA never sees or stores your government identity documents — only the verification result.

Your reviews and other contributions are your content. By posting them you grant CFA a license to display that content on the platform. Your contributions must comply with our Community Guidelines. CFA may remove content that violates these terms or the guidelines.

The following are prohibited on CFA:

• Submitting fraudulent verification information.
• Impersonating another person.
• Attempting to circumvent the verification process.
• Automated access to or scraping of the platform.

CFA is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee about the accuracy of ratings, reviews, or other content posted by users, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on platform content.

CFA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request closure of your own account by contacting us at mason@collegefootballalum.com.
